I wanted to start this to ask those that decided to upgrade to 6.0 if it was worth loosing the Jailbreak in your opinion. I'd like to hear more from 4S users and the new iPhone 5 users then iPhone 4 and 3GS users. Because you will have a tethered Jailbreak soon enough of course your comments are welcome to.

iOS 6 really didn't add too much for me on the iPad 3 (with the exception of Siri). I'm not hating on the update, because I personally cannot think of anything that Apple didn't add that I wanted, but I get more functionality from my jailbreak than I do from updating.

Was not worth the upgrade in my case.

Nope.
I have a 4S

The whole UI, in my opinion, is quite fugly.

Where did they get that? Google voice app?

Additionally, I don't like the grey black theme everywhere. The app store Was a complete mess

Maps are just horrible. Read the other threads yourself. But basically, I wanted mine to work since I use them fairly often

I see a lot of people upgrading (not necessarily on MR, but people I know in general) just because it's "new" even though they're not likely to use any new features.

I wasn't using any new features and actually lost a few old ones that I used, so I downgraded whie apple was still signing 5.1.1 firmware

Since beta 1 I've tried it but always find myself coming back to jb. Too many tweaks that I use that I've become used to.

I have been jailbreaking since the 3G but I always trade the jailbreak for the latest hardware come launch day. I sold my heavily moded jailbroken iPhone 4S 6 weeks ago for $550 to get ready for the 5. Been using my Jailbroken 3G ever since. I do hate losing all my jailbreak apps but the excitment of having the new hardware holds me over until the new jailbreak is out.

4S here
I went to iOS6 and I don't think I'm going back for the following positive reasons since the next jb is still far away and I'm officially unlocked makes leaving jb for a while easier:

1) Siri in Spanish (my preferred method, even though in english it understood me perfectly, my contact names are mostly in spanish so it's easier for it to understand them w/ no issues
2) Since I spend my days at the hospital there are many times someone calls me and I'm w/ a patient and have found that text to answer works good for that.
3) The Extended Siri functions work good
4) Shared photo streams is nice
5) VIP in Mail is good, mostly due to specific sound bites for the VIP I can decide if I need to open an email stat or later
6) Do Not Disturb is a great feature, a little unfinished on what it can do, but is good if you get lots of night calls, not so much if you get lots of emails.
7) Set a song as an Alarm
8) Find My iPhone 'lost' update for iOS 6 is nice if I ever leave it somewhere in the hospital
9) Now that Panorama is part of the camera app I have found is easier to just take a Panorama instead of a normal pic at certain times
10) I travel a good amount and Passbook will come in handy before a jb comes out
11) I don't have ML, but the iCloud tabs would be good too

Why you shouldn't, the most imp points at least for me would be:
1) MAIN reason would be if you use the Map App a lot, Apple's version is really bad. I wouldn't even call it beta, maybe an alpha software
2) You do facetime calls over cellular
3) NC or SBsettings is the one thing I miss the most, but it hasn't bother me too much yet
5) Infinifolders: damn folder limits by Apple are ridiculous, have too many folders now.
6) Emulators: if you love gaming old nes games
7) Remove or Hide the goddamn Newsstand, to this day we still can't put the POS in a folder
8) You use a HotSpot hack
9) Any hack that you use everyday, I already miss Cyntact, ProTube, Home Page in Safari

that's what I thought My not jailbreaking friends were trying to sway me..I was 90% sure I wanted to stay with 5.1.1 at least for now. I'm now 100% sure again.

For me, it's easier to wait to upgrade to a major iOS release than to wait for a jailbreak for said major iOS release. I definitely can't wait to have the iPhone 5 on a jailbroken 6.0 but for now my 4S jailbroken on 5.1.1 is my favorite iPhone setup ever. I prefer this setup over the iphone 5 on stock 6.0 (I say this now but obviously I haven't played with the iPhone 5 yet lol). I can't complain one bit. Hopefully after a few months the devs will be able to jailbreak 6.0 on the iPhone 5. If they can do this, I'll keep my 4S on 5.1.1 until then.

This^^^^^ I definitely don't want to lose my 4S tweaks but is it even worth upgrading my jailbroken ipad just to see what its like?!?!

Yeaaa there wasn't much about iOS 6 I cared about before, but the way it's looking I might not ever upgrade to iOS6,might just wait for a 6.0.1 or 6.1.1 upgrade & jailbreak. I'm not in a rush to loose all my jb'd hardwork

I find it snappier and seems to have improved battery life... And I do like the new app store...

Went from jb'd iPhone 4 to iPhone 5. Keeping the iPhone 4 for a backup phone/universal remote around the house.

Definitely feel like the upgrade was worth it. I still find myself doing Activator actions out of habit, but overall don't miss things too much.

I'm also not bothered too much by the UI. I might be one of the few who doesn't mind the new dialpad interface, as I wasn't a huge fan of the old as it was. The blue bar at the top bothers me when I'm in an app, but not enough to make not want to upgrade.

Also, native Siri, 4G/LTE, faster processor/graphics, and a larger screen is nice as well :p

I guess those are the reasons you didn't want to hear much from the iP4 owners though ha.

Same here. Much smoother and responsive and better battery life. Also I'm really liking the "Do Not Disturb" feature. I can live w/o JB until it's released. There is no "must-have" JB tweak for me that ruins my iPhone experience.

While the "tethered" JB option is available on my IP4, I'm going to wait for untethered.

I am on a 4 and so for the update to iOS 6 has been good for speed on my phone. The apple maps app is just about as useful to me as the old maps app. You still cannot really use it as a navigation app. The old app you had click "next" to move through the turn by turn and on the new one it is a swipe. So for me both are A novelty. I will just stick with MotionX or Waze until i can get the 5.

The JB tweaks I miss the most are Folder Enhancer, Pandora SkipHack and BiteSMS

I updated my JB iPad2 but kept my iPhone 4S jailbroken for this reason. I use the tweaks on my iPhone (especially tethering) more frequently than any on the iPad. I'm glad for the choice. iPad runs fine, and I don't use the terrible Apple Maps on that platform any way. There are a few benefits--VIP, a clock app (how did that take so long?), do not disturb settings--that I love on the iPad but don't care enough about on iPhone to exchange the free tethering that jailbreaking gets me, or the actual functional maps that 5.1.1 gets me.
