Those with Proactive not working

I just reset all settings and my Proactive stuff came back. I turned Low Power Mode on and it dissapeared. Turned Low Poer Mode off and it came back. So try that if your wondering why you can't get proactive working.

Just tried this. But my siri suggestions still doesn't show up (ios 9 PB 2).

You can try turning off Siri suggestions and restarting your phone before turning it on again. Worked for one of my devices. IME, suggestions are hit or miss, along with the news.
