Thought on the the iPhone 4.0

If and when apple decides to release it do you think they will release it unlocked? My thought is this iPad is unlocked and with the added benefit of no contract thru at&t.....if it is unlocked from the start will at&t let you go more along the lines of tmobiles even more plus plan........

Rofl why in the world would they do that? And even if they did, they would have to sell each phone at a non-subsidizied price which is over $500 each! The sales would be so much worse if they did and they make less money.
