I think its just a slap in the face they continue to give us lightning to old school USB-A and a 5w brick. They raise prices but wont included an 18w brick and usb-c to lightning cable for faster wired charging when every single other phone company does...... Does anyone know why they refused us.....AGAIN???????

well i bought the faster wired charging bundle last year so i have it, but that doesn't mean they can get away with giving us propriety tech with the most expensive phones ever. Just seems like they are cutting corners for being the first trillion $ company....

This is how they got to be a trillion dollar company. If I pay $1,000+ for a phone, I'd at least expect them to owe me a charge brick newer than 2007.

Yes the ****ing do! if you raise the price $400 in just 2 years you make it as worth it as possible. they are the ONLY ones to not box in fast charging. Its getting to be rediclous what they are doing. They were founded on being those guys for the CUSTOMER!!

So freaking true, they had a upgrade every year guy with me and after this one i am no longer doing it. Just had it with them and cutting corners when they dont have to. Giving us the middle finger in the process. They have put the investers above the customer!
Buy a $8-10 2.4A 12W brick on amazon from Anker or some reputable name. Bought one back when iphones started being able to be charged with an ipad charger.
You get 80% of the USB-C 18w charge speed for a few dollars and your lightning cable. Tests show after 1 hour the 18W usb-C was at 79% and 12w ipad charger at 72%.
You aren't going to change a trillion dollar company. Its all a few extra dollars here and there times tens of millions of devices = hundreds of millions saved.

Maybe it's because it reduces the amount of electricity a few million iPhone will use everyday when charging? Thus helping their save the planet goal? Or it could be something to do with battery life and helping it last longer. I doubt they'll explain either way.

Every other company also has to then discount those products or do BOGOs to sell them. Profits aren't ONLY greed, they do allow for R&D and new tech. Hence why many of these little off-brands selling $200-500 phones just copy other phones and use bin parts; little to no R&D costs.
But is tens or hundreds of millions of dollars for something honestly many people probably dont care about. They charge their phones during bed and thats it. Have to look at it outside of a "techy" eye.
