The first one is a Craig's List app. I'll pitch this idea to the Craig's List crew as well, but if someone could make an app that can browse Craig's List's stuff that would be awesome.
The second app I'd like to see made is an app for People's United Bank. People's United Bank is a smaller bank chain in the Connecticut/Massachusetts/Rhode Island areas, but I think it'd be cool to have a People's United Bank app, since there's already a similar app out for one of the competing banks, i.e. Bank of America.
...and finally...
The third app I'd like to see made is some sort of Mobile Skype. Yes I know Windows Mobile phones and devices have a Skype already, but a true Skype on the iPhone would be awesome, even if it were to only function in the vicinity of a WiFi hotspot...
Comments on any of those?
