I was about to order a rugged case for the Macbook M1 and then I realised ;
Since the body is dissipating the heat, putting on top of heat a 1mm thick sheet of silicone/plastic, it may impact greatly the performance.

Is anyone able to test that?
Cases for 2020 models should fit.

I wanted a rugged one but went for a standard cheap 10$ one. But orange flashy.

Sorry I don't understand. do you think what it would improve performance or make it worse?
