iPhone Thumbs up emoji disappeared?

A while ago I noticed it was missing and it still is, was this removed in an update or something?

You can blame the Souther Poverty Law Center for that. They spread a fake rumor that the thumbs up was a secret KKK symbol. Look up "Operation O-KKK"

Still here for me on iOS 12.2. Look again. If you are still unable to find it try resetting keyboard dictionary.

LOL for whatever reason it's in the black color when the rest are yellow so I kept looking over it not realizing it was the thumbs up. Thanks
