So one thing I'm looking for I've never been able to find is some sort of Thunderbolt 2 Splitter/hub where I can turn one Thunderbolt port into two basically.

I know this may seem unnecessary because most Thunderbolt components have the ability to daisy chain, however, I am working with BMD Mini Studios, so they have no ability to daisy chain.

Does anyone know of any products like this?

Your best bet is one of the thunderbolt 3 docks on the market. Another potential option is finding a thunderbolt 2 or 3 pci expansion box that have 2 ports built in and 1 or 2 empty pci-e expansion slots to fill with pci-e cards that have additional thunderbolt ports.

You cannot split a Thunderbolt port.

You can create other USB, HDMI, and Ethernet ports, or create a PCIe bus, but you cannot create additional Thunderbolt ports from a single port.

Even the Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 converter consumes one port to create the other.
