Thunderbolt 3 disk caddy

I've ordered an iMac Pro to (finally) replace our ancient Mac Pro. Now I need to find a new home for three of the four hard drives, plus I'd like to have an external drive to boot Windows from. (I have a SSD drive that's not doing anything right now.) So a four drive caddy. I've been looking at the OWC ThunderBay 4 "RAID Ready" (JBOD) version, I've seen some mixed reviews of earlier versions of that. What are good thunderbolt 3 four drive caddy options?

First things first.... what's your budget as this will allow a more refined response to your enquiry about TB3 enclosures.
