Thunderbolt problem 21,5" 4k retina 2017

Hi everybody,

I can't find a solution so I add a new post.

I bought a " Satechi USB-c Clamp hub pro"

It should work for the 2017 iMac, but my Mac is upgraded tot ssd and 32gb Ram. This is possible the problem the iMac won't read the Thunderbolt anymore.

If I go to system->Thunderbolt 1 and 2. it says nothing connected.

What is the best I can do?
