THUNDERBOLT TO ETHERN ET ADAPTER not working?

doesn't work on my macbook air 2013 after upgrading to El Capitan...im not sure if I recollect this well, but I think it worked on the 1st day after upgrading but stopped working after that...

macbook doesn't detect it in network preferences either...someone please help

used to work perfectly on OSX yousemite...

Btw I never had problems with this, because its basically PLUG and PLAY and has worked that way since 2.5 years over multiple OS from apple...


someone please clarify....or maybe my adapter stopped working :/

Try a new adapter. When I updated to Yosemite from Lion, my Thunderbolt to DVI adapter stopped working. I bought a new and good as new. Go to monoprice.com. Cheap and work well.

If that doesn't work, then something else is going on but that's where I'd start first.
