Thunderbolt to SCSI?

Hello,

is there any way to use a SCSI scanner onto a MacMini by adapting the SCSI interface to the TB one (MacMini 2014)?

This isn't going to be easy.
Might not be cheap, either.

Best solution might be to just buy a USB-based scanner instead.
