Thunderbolt to thunderbolt 3 adapter

Does anyone know where i can find a Thunderbolt (mini DP shaped connector) to thunderbolt 3 (USB type C shaped) adapter? all searches lead me to display connections or something that gives me a usb 3.0 type A jack.
 
Thunderbolt 3 doesn't exist yet in the marketplace - the chipsets aren't available yet, and there isn't an adapter on the market yet AFAIK. There are no unified USB-C/TB3 adapters either - yet. Early next year, I'm told by my connects (some of whom work for Intel...).
