Thunderbolts stopped working

As I mentioned in the previous topic I had to replace power supply and I did. Now 2x Thunderbolts 3 ports don't work. I reset SMC and PRAM, did Apple diagnostic - found no issues. Seeking for help... I'm hopeless.

Do the USB ports all work?

What shows up in your System Information, Thunderbolt tab? Does it display info about the thunderbolt bus, or does it say something like: No hardware was found

It says that no device is connected, usb working fine
