Tiger's Dictionary, can I add definitions or upgrade???

I'm just curious to know if anyone out there knows if the Dictionary app included in Tiger can be added to.

Specifically I need to add medical + science terminology.

I installed LiveDictionary and it's great but I'm having trouble upgrading it to recognize some medical terms.

For example it doesn't recognize terms such as "onychectomy" or "tendonectomy."

Is there an upgrade available that I just can't find?

The pop-up windows are great!

Can I add definitions to LiveDictionary? It doesn't appear that I can...

I thought you could as well You can add different dictionaries but not your own definitions I don't think. I hope your still on the trial period and didn't fork out $25.

It's a great addition to safari though.
