MP 1,1-5,1 TIL ROCm won't work on 5,1

ROCm is kinda like AMD's version of CUDA. Since RX 580 is supported (Navi cards not supported I don't know why) I thought I might give it a try on Ubuntu 20.04 and 5,1.

Turns out ROCm requires PCIe Gen3 atomics so 5,1 or earlier Mac Pro is out of the picture...
