Time Capsule for sharing home videos online with firends?

I am with the understanding that the Time Capsule drive is also an NAS storage drive. So if I purchase it can I use it to share my home videos online on the web with my friends just like using the Tonidoplug? If I may add what is the pros and cons between the Time Capsule and Tonidoplug being a Mac user?
