hey apple bros,
So i am confused which way of backing up important data is the best.
I wanr ro keep this data with me for generatiins to come so it has to be reliable.
What would you rexommmend?

Also is it possibke to backup your mac to icloud?

If the data is really important to you back it up to as many mediums as possible.

There is no "best" way.

If I had really important data, which i wanted for 20 years time, I would back it up to archival grade DVD's.

But in the meantime back-up to iCloud AND then buy an external HDD and backup to that as well.

Alright thanks so DVDs would be the most reliable.
I don't think I'll use cloud then if I already have it on hdds and disks it doesn't seem worth paying for.
