Time Displayed incorrect after using bootcamp XP

I have a problem with the time displayed by Mac OS after having used bootcamp XP. And by this i mean that the time is always a couple of hours off. I have checked my settings and everthing is correct. Timezone...format etc...

Any1 care to shed light on this?
