Time from order placed to delivered?

Hi i placed order on April 14th for IPAD wi-fi and it still says NOT YET SHIPPED ... is that normal ? how many days is it usually taking before it says PREPARING FOR SHIPMENT ?

I ordered mine the same day. It changed to Prepared for shipping yesterday but still hasn't shipped. I had hoped to get it by Friday but it will probably be next week I guess.

the website says 5-7 days.

You probably ordered it on 4/14 but most likely apple received the order on 4/15

most likely today you will get a shipment e-mail

ohh wow ! so its taking a very long time to ship then? some people are reporting 11 days before its shipped and i am guess around 5 days to deliver !

so it stayed in prepared for shipment for week and a half? that's too long!

mine said prepared for shipment last thursday and finally shipped yesterday, and it says it will delivered Friday morning, so counting the weekend it was in prepared for shipment for 5 days, but just 3 business days.

Ordered mine 3/12 and still haven't received it.


Of course it is a 3G model, and I should get it at 10:30 AM Friday 4/30/10

8 days and 18 hours from now, but who's counting?
