Time Machine can't create backup on Time Capsule

I just updated to Big Sur and I cannot get my Time Capsule to start backing up again. I've cleared the drive to start from scratch and it seems to be able to connect to the drive but when it tries to make the backup I get this error message.

Any thoughts? I'm at a loss after googling around and not finding anything. The disk appears to be able to be mounted but the disk utility does not see it if that matters.

And I think I found the answer. It ended up being antivirus related blocking it. I deleted the Sophos program and it seems to be backing up again now.
