Time Machine error?

Been running Time Machine happily over the last year with my Time Capsule. But yesterday I started to get the following pop up...

And a warning triangle on the Time Machine icon on the task bar..

What does this mean please and how do i

Open /Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility.app and try to repair the drive or 'Repair Permissions'. See if that helps.

Thanks, just unplugged Time Capsule for 10 secs and it seems to have solved the problem
