Time machine not completing

Hi all

I wanted to restore from Time machine but end up getting this message after it has said it has restored when it just seems to do about 30 or 40% of the restore! Im guessing the backup is corrupt?

Is the backup you're trying to restore from the system you're restoring to? If not, what version of OS X and what 2 systems are involved?

Yeah its the same system. I did a new install yesterday 10.8.4 and tried to restore Photoshop from my Time Machine and most of the apps had a circle with a line through them

I was going back about 2 weeks, but I was running a beta version 10.8.5 which I have no idea where I got from?!

Re-stored back from TM I did last night so still up and running I just wanted Photoshop CS4 back as the newer versions are crap.

EDIT: I think because I was running a beta 10.8.5 it wont allow me to go back, although that wouldnt make sense since it would have been a full restore
