Your SSD looks like a normal drive to SuperDuper, TimeMachine etc.

Run SuperDuper (weekly to monthly) to create a bootable image on an external USB drive. If you ever have to restore, boot from the USB drive and run SuperDuper to copy the image bak to the SSD

In between image backups use TimeMachine or Apple's Backup program or a service like MOZY to do daily incremental backups of your data.

64GB SSD back-up to 64GB USB? Sure. I wouldn't use Time Machine though as that stores incremental backups and you will quickly exceed the space on the USB drive. You could do it -- you just won't retain much "history."

Not sure why you'd do this vs. using a larger USB drive, but that's not what you asked...

Decided to utilize a 160gb HDD I had laying around as my solution. Made two partitions, one for a SuperDuper backup and one for TimeMachine.
