Hi,

I'm looking for a program that will let me schedule activities and tasks in a time slot table.
Please refer to attached screenshot.

Currently, I'm using Numbers to plug each activity into its time slot. The problem is when I need to move activities around to fit them in different days or time slots. In Numbers, it is very cumbersome.

I'm looking for a program that will let me drag and drop activities and change duration of each activity in a visual way without two much typing and messing around.
Also, if there's a print option, it will be great.

Any recommendation will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Boris.

As Brian suggests, the Calendar app will do all these things.

I started using BusyCal on MacOS and later Fantastical2 on IOS. Similar functionality but I like BusyCal UI on the Mac and Fantastical on my iPad. I just use the Calendar app on the phone. They both synch with the normal Calendar and Reminders apps.

And at $50 for the Mac app and $5 for the IOS version, the cost of being wrong was minimal, which made it an easy decision to give them a try

Yes, I tried the Calendar, and it's not that comfortable for my needs.
1. I can't use color codes for similar type activities.
2. I had to create a new calendar, so that it will not create appointments on my personal and work calendar.
3. It's uncomfortable viewing my own appointments and the different activities in the same time slots.
4. To isolate the activities from my appointments I have to turn off and on two different calendars...

I think that calendars are not the way to go. Maybe, the solution is some sort of a project planning software...

Any way, thank you for your suggestions.

Boris.
