Time to replace my PB's battery?

Is it time for me to get a new battery? I don't seem to get much out of it these days.

well, tbh, i abuse it alot. i use 20% or so then recharge. use 12% recharge. i keep the battery in when the powers connected for weeks at a time. tbh, i dont look after it in the slightest, but with other things, like my old ipod, i looked after the battery so so well and it lost its charge pretty quick.

maybe im just lucky with my PB battery?!

How about my circ. 2002 TiBook battery. Holds a 2.5 hour charge.

Edit: I dual boot Linux and OS X, but mainly run Linux. Perhaps that is the secret?

Sounds like what I do yet mine is not holding up anywhere near as good as yours!

You guys have some mighty good batteries! I'm off to the apple store to buy a new one.

*EDIT* Wow!!!! The G4 15" PB battery has really bad reviews – any other options?

They also have a battery conditioner which looks good but too pricey for me at the moment.
