Time Triggered Automations Not Running

Since upgrading to iOS 14, my time triggered automations sporadically stop working. This issue has persisted across 2 devices from my iPhone X to the 12 Pro. I’ve tried rebuilding the automations without success. I’ll reboot my phone and the automations will start working again but then randomly stop again after a couple of days.

I've noticed the same and also specifically with the "Open App" function, but it works in Shortcuts, just not when automating said shortcut. The only way I can get it to work is to toggle the "Ask Before Running" option on, which defeats the purpose of it being "automated".

Have you had this issue still since upgrading to iOS 14.2? I haven’t had any problems since then.
