Timetrade Systems configuration "offer" notification - how to eliminate?

All -

I bought a 2015 13" Macbook Pro. It's the 3.1/16/1 TB version.

I keep getting a notification from "Timetrade Systems" that says it can automatically configure my Mac. I'd like to get rid of it, but it does not show up in a Spotlight search, or in System Preferences.

Has anyone seen this, and can you suggest how to eliminate it?
