Tiny CD stuck in the drive

So, I know. I'm stupid. I put one of those half-sized CDs into the slot load drive on the side of my 24" iMac and nothing happened. Apparently you can't use those size CDs in that drive.

Short of turning the machine sideways and shaking it, how can I get the disc out of the drive?

Get a piece of paper and cut it in half. Fold it in half and stick it in the drive, then move it around until it's around the cd and pull it out.

Well, sticking the paper in there pushed the disc in far enough for the machine to recognize that there is a disc in the slot. After a few minutes of weird noises I was able to have it ejected from the keyboard button.

Small, half sized CD's are worthless and its a technology that is doomed?!

Ya, it should have been my first clue. The second was that it is the driver CD for the Google adwords Christmas gift, which doesn't work for anyone.
