Tiny fleck on screen, how to fix?

Hello all, so I recently got a used 13" MacBook Pro 2015 and am very happy with it.
The other day I noticed what I thought to be a bad pixel on the screen, very tiny little dot that shows up on a white screen. Didn't think much of it as it is so small and you don't really notice often in the big scheme of things. However upon further inspection I found it is NOT a dead pixel but rather a very tiny fleck in the screen like the size of the tip of a needle.
So my question to you all is does anyone know of a way to fix this? Like is there any kind of scratch fixer for watches or iPhone screens that could be used? It's not really a huge deal, like I said you don't really notice it unless you look for it on a screen with a white or light background, any color in the area an you don't see it at all. I'm just really nitpicky I guess...

If it's not something that wipes off, then not really, the retina screens have an anti reflective coating that means that any kind of 'scratch repair' would not work to smooth out any imperfections, as they'd just leave a bigger uglier area of damaged coating.

I have seen this before. Could just be some lint or particle that is behind the LCD. You can try to gently flick the area over the offending particle and it may fall down and out of sight.

It sounds like a speck of dirt has got behind the glass. Some non-Apple repair centres can remove the glass and either clean it for you or replace the glass completely. I was told by an Apple repair centre that Apple strictly forbid their own repair centres from doing this.

If it's a foreign object ON the surface, use a soft cloth dampened with water.
DO NOT use lots of pressure.
DO NOT rub for very long.
If you dislodge it, use a very soft dry cloth and "lightly dust" the surface clean.
DO NOT use lots of pressure.

The display surface has a VERY thin sprayed-on anti-glare coating.
The coating is VERY fragile and is easily damaged.
You must exercise care in cleaning it.
Actually, you should "clean it" as little as possible.
Try not to ever touch it, particularly when opening and closing the lid.

If it's something BEHIND the glass, my advice is:
Forget about it, learn to live with it.
One of the "perks" of owning a "used" machine.
Not worth fixing, which would be a heavy out-of-pocket expense.

I would be cautious with this, its equally risky that the screen gets further damaged during the repair, or other dust gets behind the screen during the repair, depending on how careful/careless the repair center is.

Personally, considering that the best route (through Apple) is about a $600 repair, I would try to ignore it. If you Apple Care you might try taking it to Apple to see if they could fix it. There shouldn't be any dust behind the glass on that monitor.

Sounds like an exploding pixel got one on my 2013 you just have to live with it, the screen is bonded on the Retina display so it’s not dirt in between.

Yeah, I think I’m just gonna have to live with it. It’s pretty small and I don’t really notice it most of the time.

I am having the same problem. The only difference is that my MacBook Pro is brand new (bought just 1 month back, 16" M1 Pro MacBook Pro.) I didn't notice it earlier because I didn't use much after buying and mostly used for multimedia. But as soon as I started working on Pages, I became aware of it. Should I take it to Apple Authorised Service Center as it is still in warranty?

In your case it looks like dead pixels.
