This could be me overreacting, but today I noticed very very tiny white dots (looks like stars at the Planetarium) covering a lot of my 27 iMac (2017). I just bought the computer last week. I don't think it's dead pixels because when I am using the computer, I don't seem them. This is when the machine is in sleep mode. So the screen if off. Could it be air bubbles? I tried wiping them off but they're not smudges. They are clearly inside or behind the glass.

Should I take this in for repair? Or is this normal?

Since it's new, I'd take it back for an exchange, IF the problem is "reproducible", show them.

Show 'em the image above, too.
