I wanted to downgrade to IOS 6.1.3 but iTunes prevents me from doing so (error 3194). I've tried everything! editing the "host file", disabling firewall/anti-virus, trying it on another computer, nothing works! I still get error 3194! I've come across tinyumbrella, something that might be a solution to error 3194 but it doesn't even seem to work, what should I do?

iPad 2, IOS 9.3.2

=( Is it possible to downgrade a device through Cydia?

You can't jailbreak the firmware you're stuck on. Your only hope is that they release a tool that can jailbreak 9.3xx. , even then the downgrade isn't possible ( the world is waiting on the 9.3xx jailbreak ) iOS 10 doesn't support the iPad 2 so you're stuck where you're at..... Forever ...... The answer will still be no. You're stuck on 9.3xxx.... Hopefully they'll jailbreak it and you can have fun with that. The iPad 2 is dead man
