Tips application after update-not working any more iOS platform 14.4

on 20 February 2021 Tips applet was updated and we have only black screen now with some description , no any additional content as before- have anyone have the same problem? - iPhone 12 Max and iPhone 11 Pro
in main screen ''settings '' applet is not present, appear only in -settings-general-iphone storage- as occupy 1.8Mb with documents &data-49Kb
I deleted applet, iPhone restarted, downloaded new Tips copy- no any change!!

I called my friend- his iPhone X on iOS 14.4 have the same problem!!

Hi, I`ve got the same issue on my 2 days old iPhone 12 pro. I called the Apple support team and they were really helpful. Actually, the problem still exists as I`m waiting for their call in a few days. Also, I`ve just checked this app on an XR with ios 14.4 and that was absolutely OK. I`ll let you know the results once it`s fixed.

hi, thanks for response , I also contacted Apple support but rather just to let them know about a problem what need to be solved with applet updates as I don't believe it's coincidence if 3 iPhones from last 3 years production have the same issue-and I was right- they advised me to reinstall iOS platform - and I said as Tips applet is used occasionally, so no rush- rather as in approx. 2 weeks we will have new iOS 14.5 it's better to wait for it as during new platform installation is a bigger chance for more glitches/bags will go away. They agree. if problem will be still present they need to check Tips applet and whatever was done with latest update. I think there are thousands users with the same problem.we see

Hi, fortunately my issue has been resolved. Also, I can’t tell you how it happened, because one morning I just tried to open it and I realised that it was ok absolutely. I spoke with a Apple support member he said the engineers fixed it. ... Hope, you will have the same good news soon.

hi, on ours iPhones also Tips working now properly- iPhone X, iPhone 11 Pro and my iPhone 12 max- we didn't do anything , so I think it was something wrong with Apple servers. It's only strange now as look like Apple support didn't know nothing about it!! Tips for me it is not a program what I use frequently-maybe 3-4 times a year but I always open program when is updated so I spotted this malfunction immediately
