Title bar occasionally wrong color? Anyone else?

My title bar is blue and none of my background is blue. This has happened since I updated to Monterey and persists on 12.1, on several different wallpapers.

System Preferences / Accessibility / Display / Increase contrast is on/off?

It's off.

This is still an issue, even on Monterey 12.3.1. Am I really the only one??

Have a play with the settings in 'general'.
That sets up the light/dark theme, coloursetc.
Sometimes if you have 'wallpaper tinting' on you can get odd results because what's behind changes things.

try switching appearance from light to dark & back (or vice versa, of course). and have you tried rebooting after changing wallpaper?
