Lately, when using Firefox browser to open a site, it hangs with this item in lower left corner: "Performing a TLS handshake" to xxx.com. After some time, I get the screen telling me "The connection has timed out". I then click on the "Try Again" button and only then do I get to my site. Is this a browser problem? ISP trouble? All my fault?

User end problem. Your profile may have become corrupted, software install causing it, or an ISP issue.
