Right now I have a 2.2.1 iphone with the 2.30 baseband. I use a turbo sim to unlock it. I heard you can software unlock 3.0. What are the steps to do this. Im sorry if there is a guide somewere, but i didnt see any that were the same as my situtation.

Download iPhone1,2_3.0_7A341_Restore.ipsw (from iTunes or iClarified)
Download PwnageTool (not released yet for 3.0)
Follow instructions within PwnageTool to create a custom ipsw file
Use PwnageTool and iTunes to install custom firmware
Within the cydia app download Ultrasn0w to unlock (not released yet)

I'm not. I have 2.2.1 and unlocked on T-Mo. As soon as the dev team release the 3.0 jailbreak pwnage tool on Friday, I'm updating directly to 3.0 and unlock my phone at the same time.
