TMobile and iphone

I'm using tmobile with iphone and unable to view recent activity of calls or messages online with tmobile as of 03/20/2009 prior to that date i saw everything, now tmobile says they can'r help because they don't have tech support for iphone. what could have changed to stop this feature from working?

i never saw that on their website. and they know i have an iPhone i gave them my iPhone ESN and told them it's an iPhone i've been with them since october and i have never seen such a thing on their website.
