Tmobile physical sim to esim

Hi according to apple support page I just need to go in settings- cellular and convert but I don’t see it. Anyone has experience converting please help. Thanks

This seems to be more streamline than it used to be so give it a go! But be ready to call TMO in case there is an issue. I switched as soon it was available and had to speak w/ the TMO rep to enter my eSIM IMEI# into their system and scan the QR.

Don’t work. A person I know had to call tmo today to covert to eSim.

Change it to eSim before Friday. T-Mobile will be backed up on Friday. Lol
