TMPGEnc Authoring Works 5

Hi, can anyone know if this software works in OSX Lion? If not, exist a solution software to replace this one?
I work with TMPGEnc Authoring Works 5 in Windows 7 but now, I need to work in Mac but I don't know any software like this or if this work in Lion.

There is no Mac version of this. Apple's Compressor is another option for encoding video to various formats.

Check out ffmpeg, and possibly one of several GUI front-ends. That will be the closest you'll get to TMPGEnc on the Mac.
