Mbp14"M1pro:
Sonoma 14.3.1

Is there like any "Apple Given" option in the GUI that would force the battery to just charge to 100%?
Or is my battery damaged (even when sysPrefsBatt says Battery Health: Normal)?

I normally keep the mbp on my desk, small power supply attached and Aldente app keeps charge level at 60%.
And here it says charging and not charging at the same time.
I turned off "Optimized charging" "permanently off" (not just for the night) yesterday.

Battery health info says that battery's health is 97%.
Coconut battery tells same things and also states that ZERO watts are being used in charging.

BUT,
It says that battery health is 92%!

Am I guessing right that Apple's BMS just shows changes with a delay?

I do regret not installing the Aldente when I started keeping the laptop on the desk constantly (maybe 97% of the time).

In system Settings > Battery .. next to Battery Health, click the (i) icon. If you want the battery to charge to 100%, disable Optimize Battery Charging.

Update:
I had previously only restarted mbp eysterday when i started this "calibrating battery" saga and today when I noticed these anomalies.

Then I shutdown and stared again.
Now things seems way better:
