to choose iPhoto library

I upgraded Snow Leopard to ElCapitan and when I run Photo, It's required to choose library among these 3 ones:

  1. iPhoto library (last change: today) /users/myuser/Pictures/iPhoto Library (25 GB - type Photo Library)
  2. other (last change: xx/xx/2013) /users/myuser/desktop/other (13 GB - type Photo Library)
  3. iPhoto library (last change: xx/xx/2015) /users/myuser/foto/iPhoto Library (1 GB - type Photo Library)
What Library I have to choose?

When I chose the library, can I merge the others library inside one?

Mac is not mine so I don't know what's content about these 3 library
