I have no doubt missed a thread on this, but I'm looking for a to-do app (like Wunderlist or OmniFocus) that will let me view my tasks in a timeline (like OmniPlan project timelines). The project management apps I have looked at, do not let me check completed tasks like Wunderlist and are often quite heavy on features, and I haven't seen any to-do apps that support a timeline view.

Which app am I overlooking?

I use an app called Pagico, that might do what you're looking for.?? ( it's more than a to do, more of a project management app)

Hope this helps.

I don't know of anything simple. As you likely know, the majority of project management apps out there are WAY more complicated than a simple tasks app but they seem to be the only ones that support something like a Gantt chart view.

Pagico looks indeed closest to what I need (although I can't get it to display all my projects in one Gantt-chart). Using Gantt as a search term - I learnt what that word meant from this thread - , I also came across something called Roadmap Planner, which is not a to-do app, but a simple enough Gantt chart maker to justify having my todo's in a separate app.
