iPhone “TO” in box in Mail in ios

Why is the word “to” in a box underneath the title of most of these emails? It’s visually cluttered and makes it harder to scan the inbox. Can I get rid of it somehow?

Go to Settings-->Mail and turn off 'Show To/Cc Labels'
