TO in mail

Since updating to iOS 14.5, I have had a TO marker next to the subject field in all my messages in mail… but only on iPhone. Not on iPad or Mac. Anyone got any ideas as to what it is or what it means?

Nothing is functioning any different, I’m just curious as to what it actually is!

It just indicates if you are on the TO: line or CC: line of the email.

You can disable (or enable) this in iOS Settings > Mail > Show To/CC Label
