So we all know that have a free version of your app is a great marketing tool, but now I am torn over what to call the free version.

Should it be MyAppName Lite or MyAppName Free?

The two big questions that are being asked are:

1. Which name will garner the most downloads of the free app?

2. Which name will translate into the most "upgrades" to the paid app?

Use Lite or Demo (if it has reduce functions or times out). Use Free if it is fully featured and there is no compelling reason to upgrade.

Can't use DEMO. Apple won't allow it.
Can't use TRIAL either. Your App will get rejected by Apple.

I will be using AppName and AppNamePro, or something very similar. I've seen some apps using AppName LE (Limited Edition), or AppNameFree.
