To Much Free Space

When I right click on my SDD to check the size it shows I have ~40 GB free and only 77 used, however my home folder alone is 88 GB. Anyone have any idea what is going on.


The only thing I can think is that I did run ccleaner, erase free space option..


Any ideas on how I can get it reading right.

(UPDATE). Disk Utility shows the correct amount of 16 GB free.

Finder is always kind of off when it comes to total HD space. Disk Utility is more reliable.

I agree with kinda off, but this is 20 GB off.
