I am using this command to show lock screen msg on my Mac but isn't working can anyone help it is showing some error and the command is :- sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.loginwindow LoginwindowText “ENTER HERE”

Looks like a quotes issue eg the use of smart or curly quotes instead of straight quotes.
