I just called my local best buy in a not too big city Melbourne, Fl. I asked the customer service guy "if a lot of people had been calling and asking". His response, "wayyyy to many bro, if your serious about getting it, you better get here early."

Yup, looks like im going tonight at 7pm.

I'm driving to my BB right now just to keep monitoring the situation. I'll go back and forth from my house and bestbuy every 3 hrs or so and if there are more than 3 people lining up ill start lining up too

Here in Gainesville, FL, they weren't even sure they were selling it. I asked if they were expecting a big turnout and said "no" as if I was crazy. I think I'll be fine...Just planning on going when it opens.

Well, there's no way in hell that I'm camping out for anything. That's ridiculous. So hopefully I can snag one (which I think will be very possible considering BB didn't even think there would be a huge demand and it hasn't even been advertised yet). If not, it's not the end of the world.

My friend and I camping for 2, one to sell, one for me.

We've camped for everything. Wii, ps3, xbox 360... all to sell. It always seems like there will be no line or no big deal... but it ends up always being that way.

We'll find out tomorrow, I guess! But like I said, if I can't get it on launch day, it's no big.

Warwick, RI... the reason why I don't think there will be many people camping is that RI was just hit by the worst flood in 100 years and the Warwick Mall is underwater (Best Buy is not in the mall complex), some houses are floating, and iPad will probably be the last thing in their mind. Plus we do have Apple Store in Providence...

maybe its because you live in a smaller city and don't have many best buys around. in my area, there are 5 best buys within a 30 mile radius.
