Don't know what that error code is, but it got almost to the end. Relaunch Toast and try it again with a different disc.
Sometimes the brand of media makes a difference. Bargain media will have more fails than high quality media. I burn a lot of CDs and DVDs using Toast. ... CD is a compact disc. What exactly are you trying to do, just make a copy? Try loading the songs manually (double click the CD, select all files, drag and drop on Toast window, wait for them all to load), then click burn.

thanks for the reply MSastre, i used brandnew Cd's from philips , but toast make mostly error when the songs got lead-out, sort kind of connection error with the external CD/DVD writer ... i delete Toast 14 and installed another burning software called "expressburn" and it works very good!
regards
Michel
