Today Big Sur 11.6 decided to mess with Launcher app and take out my apps from folders.

OK, This is a first is 21 years using Apple computers. Big Sur just empty all my folders in Launcher, but I can't delete the folders that basically by default they disappear when you take the apps out of them… any help will be appreciated.

I’ve had this happen to me twice before now - once I think was with Mojave, other time may have been Catalina.

I remember deleting a special file that caused the launcher to reset... I can't tell you what it was, but you should find out with some googling...
